This news story is about a video that was 'found' that claims to be from hackers, but is this planting a seed? I think it is. Remember that Intelligence agencies with ties to terrorism despise the Republicans and they want Obama re-elected. These agencies can hack into any computer system. Biden even said "the Taliban is our friend". I bet they are...JOE.
