  The IAEA statement indicates that Iran Does NOT have weapons grade nuclear materials or the appropriate war heads to properly deploy one. So I fail to see where the problem is. Why do you think Medvedev was "excused" as the President? Russia is ready to back Iran AFTER warning the US global Police to leave them alone.
