I recommend that everyone learn martial arts, especially women. I don't want to get into a debate about what style is the best, but Bruce Lee did predict MMA was the future. Lee stated that all arts should be dissected, take what is useful for a street fight and throw out what is not.

The UFC has come a long way and their President Dana White is a brilliant promoter.
